Engaged: Allison and Jeremy

Allison and Jeremy's story is unique. This is not the first time that they have been a couple. In fact, this is the second time and it's years later that they reconnected. Their union not only brings them together, but also unites this family with five beautiful children. So, getting them alone for the engagement shoot proved to be a bit of a challenge, but we made it work, and they got to show their love of the outdoors in the process. Brody Grant of Polarity Photography was my second shooter on this day, and you can see his photos at polarityphoto.blogspot.com. The weather was a bit cold, but we braved an adventure on Jeremy and Allison's boat, going out from Noank, CT over to the Mystic River. The winds were tough and the waters were rough, but we trooped on and this is what we got...

When we hit land again, it was time to warm up with some coffee at Carson's Diner, an old school joint serving the Noank locals for a very long time. This place was beyond cute.

Showing their true blue New England colors and love for where they live, we hiked through the woods in Noank, and got some fall flava in the action.
